Nfina’s 9524R-SAN-S is a shared storage cluster with high availability. It integrates high performance computing with backup redundancy, reliable disaster recovery, and simple storage expansion. Nfina’s shared storage system architecture employs dual controller architecture with one or more JBODs to form a central storage pool for data access, protection, and storage. The 9524R-SAN-S is equipped with resilient and highly available features, focused on eliminating single points of failure. Through the Nfina-Store platform, users can manage storage arrays and clusters from a single console and create countless immutable snapshots of the storage system. In the event of failure or ransomware attacks, backup protection with rollback capabilities can restore data to a secure state in a matter of minutes. There is no lengthy reconstruction of data needed.
2-way, 3-way, Z1, Z2, Z3, and N-way mirror redundancy options offer flexibility and security for data within the array. The redundancy option chosen means that there is no data loss and the system continues to function if a JBOD(s) or hard disk(s) damage or failure occurs. 9524R-SAN-S can offer no single point of failure for a large volume of data, and this model also serves as a cost-effective, incremental, scale-out storage solution. SAN Shared Storage solutions can be expanded with Nfina JBODs to a maximum of 8, each with 12 or 24 bays.
