Gene Everette

Marketing Director

Gene Everette is a seasoned marketing professional with more than 40 years of experience spanning the marketing and technology sectors. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Illustration from Auburn University and has built a distinguished career marked by leadership, creativity, and strategic innovation.

Since 2018, Gene has served as Marketing Director at Nfina, where he leads the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that support the company’s growth and brand positioning.

Throughout his career, Gene has contributed his expertise to several prominent organizations, including Konica Minolta, Cenveo (PrintXcel), Xante, QMS, University of South Alabama, and Auburn University.

His roles have included Apple Developer and Business Solutions Product Manager at Konica Minolta; Creative Director and Marketing Brand/Product Manager at Cenveo; and Director of Product Marketing and Art Director at Xante. At QMS, he served as a Print Solutions Consultant and played a role in the launch of the first Adobe PostScript laser printer and the first Adobe PostScript color printer. Earlier in his career, he worked as a graphic designer and illustrator for both the University of South Alabama and Auburn University.

In 2002, Gene founded his own design agency, Gene Everette Visual Communications, further expanding his impact in the field.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Gene is actively involved in his community. He volunteers his expertise to support nonprofit organizations such as First Light Community of Mobile and serves as Vice President and Webmaster for the Baldwin County Auburn Club.
