Marketing Director

Gene has had an incredibly diverse and accomplished career in Marketing, spanning over 40 years. After graduating from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design and Illustration, he embarked on a professional journey that would see him excel in various positions within the marketing and technology industries.

At Nfina, Gene has served as the Marketing Director since 2018, utilizing his extensive knowledge to develop effective marketing strategies for the company.

Throughout his career, Gene’s talents have been sought after by renowned organizations such as Konica Minolta, Cenveo (PrintXcel), Xante, QMS, University of South Alabama, and Auburn University. At Konica Minolta, he served as Apple Developer and Business Solutions Product Manager – a testament to his ability to navigate the ever-evolving world of technology-driven marketing solutions. Cenvo recognized Gene’s creative abilities by appointing him as their Creative Director/Marketing Brand-Product Manager – allowing him to oversee all aspects of marketing while ensuring consistent branding across different products and brands. His time at Xante saw him excel as both the Director of Product Marketing and Art Director – seamlessly blending creative vision with strategic insights. While at QMS, he worked as a Print Solutions Consultant while also lending his talents as a graphic designer and illustrator – he was part of the team that launched the first Adobe PostScript Laser Printer and first Adobe PostScript Color Printer. He was a graphic designer and illustrator for University of South Alabama and Auburn University.

In 2002 he established his own design agency, Gene Everette Visual Communications.

But it is not just corporations that have benefited from Gene’s incredible skill set; he volunteers to help nonprofit organizations like First Light Community of Mobile and is the Vice President and Webmaster for the Baldwin County Auburn Club.
