Eleni, a native of Mobile, AL, has been an invaluable asset to Nfina since November 2012. With her extensive experience in the field, she seamlessly transitioned into her role as Operations Manager.

Prior to joining Nfina’s dynamic team, Eleni honed her skills at N-Tron where she served as Customer Service Manager from September 2007 to October 2012 under the guidance and mentorship of Warren. This experience provided Eleni with a deep understanding of customer service operations and allowed her to develop exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Holding a B.A. in College Education from the University of South Alabama further enhanced Eleni’s comprehensive knowledge base and equipped her with effective communication skills essential for success in this role. Her dedication and commitment have made her an indispensable member of our team at Nfina.
