Dwayne started with Nfina Technologies in 2016, armed with decades of technology experience at the Value-Added Reseller (VAR) level. His expertise and knowledge helped to target Resellers to partner with in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast territories. Prior to Nfina, Dwayne held multiple roles in multiple industries. He worked for ICI Americas, Dupont and Dupont Teijin Films before settling into the technology field. His extensive background has made him a valuable asset to Nfina Technologies as he brings a wealth of industry-specific knowledge and connections that have proven vital in expanding their market reach.

With his impressive resume, it’s no surprise that Dwayne quickly rose through the ranks within the technology sector. Starting off in 2002 at a small Richmond firm as an Account Manager, he demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and an innate talent for sales. Over time, he climbed up the corporate ladder until eventually becoming Vice President of Sales – a role he admirably held for almost eight years. During this period, Dwayne played a pivotal role in transforming the company into one of the premier technology firms in their region. Recognizing that technological certifications were essential for staying competitive in this rapidly evolving industry, Dwayne dedicated himself to learning from various reputable organizations such as Microsoft, Cisco, Sophos, Aruba Meraki Fortinet Dell HP EMC and many others.

Dwayne exemplifies excellence in both academia and service to his country, as evidenced by his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Averett University and honorable status as a Veteran of the United States Air Force. His profound dedication to education has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of business principles and strategies, allowing him to navigate complex challenges with utmost precision.
