Prior to that, he gained valuable experience with the Tom James Company, where he refined his skills in relationship building, consultative sales, and client service. Throughout his career, Caleb has built a reputation for his client-first mindset and strategic approach to growth. Caleb is a proud two-time graduate of the University of South Alabama, where he earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in Communication. He later returned to the university as an instructor, teaching Public Speaking and mentoring students in professional communication. His background in communication, combined with his passion for technology, enables him to bridge the gap between technical solutions and real-world business goals. Even with all of his professional accomplishments, Caleb values spending meaningful time with his family and friends, who bring balance and joy to every part of his life.
